In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful post-sale implementation and support of critical communication systems used by public safety and enterprise customers. As a Deployment Engineer, you will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, driving user adoption, satisfaction, and retention. You will act as a trusted advisor to Motorola's key clients, supporting them with custom Customer Success Plans that include key performance indicators and critical success goals. The role involves a strong mix of hands-on technical troubleshooting, system deployment, customer communication, and internal coordination.
