Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the applications and providing support to end-users. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems. - Monitor and maintain application performance, ensuring high availability and reliability. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance application support. - Document and maintain technical procedures and user guides. - Assist in the deployment and configuration of applications. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Asset Management. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle. - Experience with incident management and problem resolution. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL framework. - Familiarity with SQL and database concepts. - Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or PowerShell. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Asset Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
